This half day retreat is for those who have experienced the unique kind of exhaustion and confusion that comes from growing up with an emotionally immature parent whose needs consistently eclipsed your own.

Have you experienced a parent who:

• is overtly controlling, emotionally explosive, highly critical, or manipulative

• engaged in transactional expectations of love through gift giving with "strings attached"

• is passive aggressive and lacks the ability to communicate openly and honestly

• manipulation by maintaining a subtle, but persistent sense of victimhood through their hypersensitivity to relationships, where you or someone else couldn't quite love them enough or show enough respect or loyalty
